Easy Chocolate Chip Granola Bars

Jolene’s No Bake Energy Bites

Ingredients
1 c rolled oats or favorite cereal
1/4 c mini chocolate chips
1/2 c peanut butter or nut butter
1/3 c honey or maple syrup
1 TBSP coconut oil
Sprinkle of sea salt & cinnamon

1. Mix all ingredients together until a stiff dough is formed.
2. Roll into small balls using your hands.
3. Optional: roll the energy bites in coconut flakes, cocoa powder, or crushed nuts
4. Place in fridge or freezer for an hour to set.
