Healthy Breakfast Bowl Recipe

I love taking random items from my kitchen and creating healthy delicious treats! I came up with this breakfast bowl, when I realized that I had some cool healthy products that were about to expire soon.

How many times have you done that? Bought a fun looking product – in my case – tiger nuts and chocolate covered chia seeds! And then never really used it? Frustrating – I hate wasting food!

So try this healthy recipe and feel free to modify as needed to use any of your favorite foods 🙂

Recipe:

Note: I don’t really measure ingredients, but I’ve included approximate measurements if you’re one of those people that really likes to follow a recipe 🙂

1 piece of chopped fruit (I use a banana in this video, I’ve also made this bowl with berries or apple too!)
1 TBSP nuts or seeds of your choice
1 TBSP coconut flakes
1 TBSP tiger nuts (or use other nuts)
1 TBSP chia seeds (or ground flax)
1 TBSP dark chocolate chips
1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk

Simply put all of the ingredients in a bowl and enjoy – yummy!!
